ForgeFrame PEMB OS is a lead, concept-scope, sales, handoff, and project-workflow tool for pre-engineered metal building teams. It does not provide structural engineering, takeoffs, fabrication details, stamped drawings, permit approval, code compliance, or binding construction pricing.
All dimensions, loads, openings, budgets, schedules, exports, proposals, AI-assisted outputs, and manufacturer-handoff packages must be reviewed by the responsible builder, manufacturer, supplier, estimator, engineer, and permitting authority before reliance.
Customer-facing amounts are budgetary until accepted in a separately signed contract or order form. A quote acceptance inside ForgeFrame records intent and scope evidence; final commercial obligations depend on the applicable customer agreement, builder contract, invoice, or order form.
You must provide accurate information, protect workspace credentials, use the service lawfully, and avoid uploading malicious code, unauthorized third-party confidential data, unlawful content, or content that infringes another party’s rights. Access may be limited or suspended to protect users, customers, operators, or the service.
Subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds
Paid subscriptions, setup fees, trials, cancellations, managed services, support levels, taxes, refunds, and renewal terms are governed by the applicable pricing page, checkout screen, invoice, order form, or customer agreement. Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, pilot accounts may be manually activated, paused, or cancelled by contacting sales@forgeframer.com.
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. ForgeFrame is not responsible for engineering decisions, code or permit outcomes, construction means and methods, manufacturer package contents, supplier lead times, or field execution.
